Christmas 2017
Last Orders

All orders for Christmas 2017 must be received by Sun 17th December. These orders will be despatched on Monday 18th for delivery on Tues 19th / Weds 20th December.

We would like to wish all our customers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support over the past 12 months.

Terms and Conditions

The Cheese Hamlet reserves the right to alter prices without prior notification. The price charged is the price ruling on the day of despatch.

When ordering
Please ensure that all the information supplied (including postcodes) is correct, as The Cheese Hamlet reserve the right to charge increased delivery charges, where incorrect information has been submitted, and as a result surcharges are incurred by The Cheese Hamlet.

Delivery and payment
Title of the goods will not pass to the buyer until payment has been received in full and funds cleared through our bank. While we aim to deliver goods on the specific day requested, The Cheese Hamlet cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery. For essential orders please allow at least 48 hours.

Faulty goods
Please notify The Cheese Hamlet immediately upon receipt of the goods if any of the products delivered are out of condition. All such goods must be returned to The Cheese Hamlet or be available for inspection.

Non-delivery
If instructions are received for deliveries to be ‘Left Safe’ or in any other location without a signature, then responsibility passes to the purchaser upon despatch from The Cheese Hamlet. Claims in these circumstances for non-delivery, damage or loss cannot be accepted by either The Cheese Hamlet or the carriers.

Please notify The Cheese Hamlet of any non-delivery of goods within 48 hours.

Refunds
No refund will be considered, where failure to deliver the goods, was due to incorrect information being submitted on the original order.

Returns
The Cheese Hamlet reserve the right to charge for any returned payments.
